[sieve] COM-11 Fix: a global sieve with a matched fileinto action prevents mailshare scripts from running. user & shared path are not compatible.

Maybe we should investigate fileinto \Junk if our cyrus version
supports that and we are capable of setting \Junk special folder mark
inside a mailshare.
